Miriam Lau

Miriam Lau has over two decades of experience in IT and operations management, currently serving as Manager of Internal Support at Forrester since June 2018, having progressed through roles such as Lead Helpdesk Technologist and Senior Desktop Support Engineer. Previously, Miriam was the Corporate IT & Operations Manager at Harmonix Music Systems, where responsibilities included budgeting, team recruitment and training, security policy development, and vendor management. Miriam also held various positions at Tufts University, including Team Lead for IT Client Support Services and Manager of A&S Computer Labs, overseeing comprehensive support and operations in educational technology environments. An early career as an IT Consultant and roles in desktop support laid a solid foundation. Miriam earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Tufts University.
