Alexandra Stoelzle serves as the Director of Development at Blaser Ventures, focusing on revitalizing and integrating new concepts in mixed-use communities within Salt Lake City since December 2021. As a board member and Chair of the Leasing and Space Programming Committee at Fort Mason Center for Arts & Culture since October 2019, Alexandra has contributed significantly to urban development. Previously, Alexandra held various positions at Kilroy Realty Corporation from August 2014 to November 2021, including Director of Development and Land Planning, where responsibilities encompassed entitlement strategies and project management. Academic experience includes serving as a Graduate Student Instructor at UC Berkeley and obtaining a Master of City Planning with a focus on Urban Design and Real Estate Development. Alexandra holds a Bachelor's degree in International Business and Marketing from Grand Valley State University and has had internships across diverse fields, ranging from marketing to project management.
