Frankie Whitby started their work experience in 2013 as a Consultant at Spencer-Ogden. They then worked as a Consultant at KennedyPearce Consulting from December 2014 to March 2015. In 2015, they worked as a Cabin Crew at Emirates. They returned to KennedyPearce Consulting in 2016 and held the roles of Consultant and Manager - Commerce & Industry until December 2018. In 2019, Frankie joined Decibel as a Talent Acquisition Executive and later joined Forter as a Recruiter & HR Operations. They currently serve as a Human Resources Business Partner at Forter.
