Prior to this, Chad served in various roles at the United States Air Force, including Test Director, Director of Staff, Air Mobility Program Manager, and Aircrew Training Manager. He also worked as an Angel Investor at Academy Investor Network and Co-Founder of Silver Lining Home Healthcare. Additionally, Chad has experience in business analysis at Second Front Systems and participated in the Defense Ventures Fellowship at Outlander Labs. Chad holds a Bachelor of Science in Operations Research from the United States Air Force Academy and a Master of Science in Project Management from the University of Management and Technology.
