Andy Vesey is a seasoned executive in the energy sector with a robust background in leadership and strategic advisory roles. Currently serving as President and CEO North America and Head of Energy Transition at Fortescue Future Industries since May 2022, Vesey also holds directorship at Nikola Motor Company and serves as Strategic Advisor and President at Smart eMobility. Co-founder and advisor of Earthrise Energy, Vesey previously led Pacific Gas and Electric Company as President and CEO, and guided AGL Energy as CEO, Managing Director, and Board Member. With extensive experience at The AES Corporation, FTI Consulting, EY, and Citipower I Pty Ltd., Vesey combines a strong educational foundation from prestigious institutions such as New York University, Union College, University of Virginia Darden School of Business, and The Wharton School.
