Byron Bader

Byron Bader is the Founder of Hockey Prospecting since January 2020 and serves as a Senior Regulatory Advisor in Analytics and Data Science at FortisAlberta since August 2017. With extensive experience in advanced statistical and machine learning methods, Byron has developed and analyzed organizational data, mentored colleagues, and contributed to data warehouse development. Previous roles include Draft Consultant for Calgary Sports and Entertainment Corporation, Lead in Segmentation & Analytics at Shaw Communications, and Business Research Analyst at TEC Canada. Educational qualifications include a Master's in Management Science focused on HR and Statistics, as well as a Bachelor's in Psychology, Economics, and Business from The University of Lethbridge, alongside a General Studies Diploma from Mount Royal University.
