Erica Gugay

Erica Gugay is a seasoned professional in energy management and customer service, currently serving as the Conservation and Energy Management Program Manager at FortisBC since October 2016. In this role, Erica successfully launched an online application for contractors and redesigned business processes to enhance efficiency. Prior experience includes positions as Customer Experience Manager and Contact Centre Manager at FortisBC, where Erica focused on corporate culture transformation and team performance management.
