April Marchant has accumulated significant experience in customer success and sales roles since beginning their career in 2011. Currently serving as Customer Success Team Leader at Once For All since December 2018, April has progressed through various customer success positions within the company, demonstrating strong leadership and management skills. Prior experience includes roles at O2 (Telefónica UK) as a Sales Advisor and specialist for Samsung and Apple products, as well as earlier positions at Tesco Mobile and SHEAR BEAUTY, where April honed sales and styling skills. Educational credentials include an NVQ in Hairdressing from Basingstoke College of Technology and a BTech in Business from Brightonhill Community College.
