Charene Ross Wells, LSS MBB, CSCP, ASQ CMQ/OE, is a seasoned professional with extensive expertise in business process enablement and operational excellence. Currently serving as Director of Business Process Enablement at FORTNA since 2021, Charene leads global initiatives to implement Lean methodologies and enhance operational strategies. Prior experience includes a senior role at Zep Inc. where responsibilities encompassed quality management and continuous improvement, alongside significant contributions as a Strategic Supply Chain Project Manager. Charene’s career began at DuPont, where roles spanned from Senior Consultant to various analytical and managerial positions, leading to substantial cost savings and productivity improvements. Charene holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Drexel University.
