Joe Holley

Joe Holley is an experienced operations and installation professional currently serving as the Field Services Director of Operations and Installation at FORTNA since January 2021, leading project integration and execution. Previous positions include Sr. Mechanical Installation Manager at RCR Land Management, Owner of Darana Hybrid, and various roles at Intelligrated, CIANBRO, and Three Rivers Aggregates. Holley's technical expertise encompasses welding and mechanical installation, demonstrated by certifications in multiple welding processes. Early career experiences include commercial diving and rigging, with significant contributions to organizations such as Oceaneering Space Systems and Davco. Holley holds educational qualifications from San Jacinto College, The Ocean Corporation, and Ridgewood High School.
