Carmen Chiu

Carmen Chiu is the current Regional Managing Director for APAC at Fortnum & Mason. Carmen has previous experience working as the Global Head of PR & CSR for Godiva Chocolatier, Head of Global Corporate Communications, Marketing & Merchandising Director for China & Pacific Rim, Business Development Director, and Senior Brand Manager. Carmen has also worked as a Client Service Executive for The Nielsen Company.

Carmen Chiu reports to Tom Athron, CEO. They are on a team with Richard Gilding - Regional Managing Director, APAC, Rupert Thomas - Chief Commercial Officer, and Florent Giovannone - General Manager, Fortnum’s Bar and Restaurant at the Royal Exchange.
