Vivek Shivananda

Vivek Sivananda was the CEO and co-founder of Rsam, a leader in the Governance, Risk and Compliance SaaS software space. Vivek helped create a new (GRC) category and went onto building a successful GRC SaaS software business, eventually exiting the business by selling to a strategic. Prior to Rsam, Vivek helped grow a leading infrastructure and security services business (eB Networks) as a COO and sold it to a public company (Inrange Technologies) and has had several positions at Cap Gemini.

Vivek is primarily focused on helping software and tech-enabled services companies. He has deep experience working with both entrepreneurs and investors, with a focus on strategic planning, go-to-market, sales and marketing, talent, M&A strategy, product management and thought leadership. His experience, and ability to interact with Analysts, helps companies get ranked at their much-deserved levels in analyst reports.

Vivek received his M.B.A from Carnegie Mellon’s Tepper School of Business and has a strong technical background with Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
