Johanna Carlsson

Johanna Carlsson is an experienced legal professional currently serving as VP Legal at Fortum since August 2023, overseeing legal affairs for the Consumer Solutions and Innovation & Venturing business units across the Nordics, Poland, and Spain. Prior to this role, Johanna spent five years at Klarna, holding various positions including Head of Legal, where responsibilities encompassed managing a large legal organization and enabling legal professionals globally.
