Currently serving as Head of Operations at Fortytwo since February 2014, Joe has previously held significant roles at Melita Plc, including Indirect Sales Manager and Customer Operations Manager, where responsibilities included managing sales targets and overseeing a large contact center team. Prior experience at Vodafone involved leadership in customer service operations and retail management across multiple outlets. Joe began their career in hospitality as a Concierge at Holiday Inn Park Suites, emphasizing customer interactions and problem resolution. Educational credentials include an Advanced Diploma in Management from the Institute of Hospitality UK and a Management Program from Malta University Services.
