Neil Brent

Neil Brent is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in internal audit and corporate governance. Currently serving as the Vice President of Internal Audit at Forum Energy Technologies since October 2012, Neil has a strong background in the industry, having held the position of Director of Internal Audit at McDermott International Inc. from September 2011 to October 2012. Prior to that, Neil was the Segment Controller at Schlumberger, and the Director of Internal Audit and Chief Ethics Officer at Smith International. Neil began the career at Halliburton, where responsibilities included accounting and internal audit for over a decade. Neil Brent holds a degree from the Texas McCombs School of Business.
