Nicole Gear has significant work experience in organizational development and communications. Nicole is currently serving as the Chief Organizational Development Officer at The Foth Companies since January 2022. Prior to that, Nicole worked at Foth & Van Dyke, LLC for over 26 years from September 1995 to January 2022, holding the position of Vice President in Organizational Development and Communications. Nicole also worked at Argus Technical Services as an Account Manager from January 1993 to September 1995.
Nicole Gear graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire in 1991 with a BBA degree in Marketing.
