Heidi Bastien

Heidi Bastien serves as the Vice President of Risk Management at Foundation Building Materials since December 2023, leading enterprise-wide risk management operations and collaborating with senior leadership on insurance strategies and claims management. Additionally, Heidi was Director of Risk Management at Rubio's Restaurants, Inc., where strategic partnerships led to significant reductions in fraudulent claims, and Heidi began her career at Omniture and The Eastridge Group in human resources and risk management roles. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Business Management and a Human Resources Certificate from the University of Phoenix, as well as an Associate's degree in Business Administration from Shoreline Community College.
