Karina Ruby Haro

Karina Ruby Haro is a dedicated professional with diverse experience in various roles. Currently serving as the Tax Program Lead at Foundation Communities since September 2020, Karina focuses on promoting equity, inclusion, and respect. Previously, as the Communications and Outreach Coordinator at Healing with Horses Ranch, Karina organized community events and created promotional materials. Prior experience includes providing one-on-one ABA therapy as a Behavioral Therapist at Cultivate Behavioral Health & Education, working as an Activity Specialist for Austin Parks and Recreation, and holding various customer service positions at Clear Springs Restaurant, Michael Kors, and Texas Roadhouse. Karina holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and Chemistry from Texas State University.
