Foundation Direct
Ashley Lepczyk is the Chief Operating Officer at Foundation Direct, where she oversees daily operations and supports the organization's long-term strategy. She is also the Co-Founder of Mama In The Making, an online program for pregnant women. Additionally, Ashley is involved with Google as an #IamRemarkable Facilitator, hosting workshops to empower women and underrepresented groups. With a background in digital consulting and account management at Google, Ashley partners with clients in the Automotive industry to develop effective advertising solutions. She is also a Certified Trainer at Bossed Up, focusing on developing management and leadership skills for professional women. In her earlier career, Ashley worked as a Freelance Web Designer and Independent Contractor. Ashley graduated from Michigan State University with a BA in Professional Writing.
