Yu Sun

Yu Sun is a Senior Scientist in Computational Biology at Foundation Medicine, a position held since October 2022. Prior to this role, Yu Sun served as a Senior Bioinformatics Analyst at St. Jude Children's Research Hospital - ALSAC from June 2020 to September 2022 and worked at the same institution as an Associate Scientist in Experimental and Computational Proteomics and Genome Sequencing Analyst from September 2014 to August 2019. Yu Sun obtained a PhD in Biotechnology from Sun Yat-sen University in 2011 after completing a Bachelor's Degree in Biological Sciences at Henan University in 2006. Additionally, Yu Sun completed a Master of Computer Science with a focus on Bioinformatics and System Biology at The University of Memphis in 2020, following a postdoctoral teaching fellowship at Sun Yat-sen University from 2011 to 2013.
