Rohan Silva serves as the Chair of Founders Factory Australia since April 2024 and is a Judge for the Orwell Prize for Political Writing starting December 2023. As a Co-Founder of Second Home since January 2014 and Founder of Libreria bookshop since January 2016, Rohan Silva also contributes as a Columnist and Book Reviewer for various publications, including the Evening Standard, The Times, and The Observer. Rohan Silva previously co-presented the BBC Radio 4 programme The Disruptors between 2018 and 2021 and has served as a judge for prestigious awards such as the Costa Book Award and The Baillie Gifford Prize for Non-Fiction. Additionally, Rohan Silva has experience as an Investor with Atomico and as an Entrepreneur in Residence at Index Ventures. Rohan Silva holds degrees from prominent institutions, including the Royal College of Art and The London School of Economics and Political Science, and has been involved in academia as a Visiting Professor and Senior Visiting Fellow.
