Dominik Gross serves as Geschäftsführer and Chief Financial Officer at Founders Foundation gGmbH since February 2016, focusing on educating future B2B tech entrepreneurs and fostering a sustainable start-up ecosystem. Additionally, Dominik Gross is an initiator and member of the steering board for Open Innovation City Bielefeld, promoting collaboration across various sectors to shape the city's future. As a co-founder of Hinterland of Things, Dominik Gross contributes to one of Germany's leading leadership summits connecting major global players. Prior experience includes roles at Bertelsmann Stiftung as Project Lead for Fostering Innovative Entrepreneurship and Head of the Office of the Executive and Supervisory Boards. Dominik Gross holds a Diplom Ökonom in Wirtschaftswissenschaften from Carl von Ossietzky University of Oldenburg and studied at Växjö University.
