Andrew Bailie

Andrew Bailie is a versatile professional with a strong focus on urban development and social impact. As Co-Founder of Roost since February 2023, Andrew is involved in promoting co-op housing initiatives. In addition, Andrew serves as a Board Director at The Academy of Urbanism and a Founder's Pledge Member, both roles focused on enhancing urban environments and exploring social impact, respectively. A Churchill Fellow since February 2020, Andrew conducts research on food markets. Previous experience includes leading marketing and partnerships at Venture Studio from Crisis, managing charity partnerships at Farewill, and developing partnerships at Social Bite. Andrew is also a former Co-Director at FreshSight Ltd., where significant revenue growth and program launches were achieved. Educationally, Andrew holds a Master’s degree in Sustainable Urban Development from the University of Oxford and a Bachelor’s degree in Philosophy and Politics from The University of Edinburgh.
