Currently serving as the Chief Growth Officer at FounderTrac since 2023, Izer facilitates innovation ecosystems by derisking the startup process and promoting sustainability. Prior roles include an investor at Off Center Ventures, a venture associate at S[k]aleUp Ventures Inc., and participation in the Chicago Venture Fellows program. Izer's background also encompasses strategic roles at Innovare - Social Innovation Partners and MOON Artists, where management and partnership development with notable brands were key responsibilities. Izer holds an M.S.Ed in Entrepreneurship and a Bachelor of Arts in Cinema and Media Studies from the University of Pennsylvania.
