Ryan Sears is a seasoned entrepreneur and leader in the Maryland startup ecosystem, co-founding LAUNCH! Annapolis and FounderTrac, significant initiatives that support local entrepreneurship and have attracted substantial backing. As the founder and CEO of Main Street Holdings, Ryan has completed over 400 real estate transactions and developed real estate technology for over a decade. Additionally, Ryan served as Chief Product Officer at Live Chair Health, focusing on cultivating a product team culture. Previous experience includes co-founding and leading SurveySnap, and holding a vice president position at The Gilliard Group. Ryan began a career in financial services with MetLife Financial Services after earning a BS in Economics from Towson University.
