Becky Fowler-Terrazas

Becky Fowler-Terrazas is an experienced Employee Engagement Manager at Four Hands since July 2022, focusing on strategic goals in areas such as onboarding and community engagement. Prior to this role, Becky served at Electronic Arts (EA) where responsibilities included managing a high-performing team and creating communication plans for over 600 employees. As an Internal Communications Lead, Becky utilized the ADKAR method for change communications. Earlier roles included Employee Advocacy Manager and Communications Specialist at IBM, where participation in an advocacy program was increased by 200%, as well as marketing and graphic design internships at Builders Digital Experience, LLC, and Dell. Becky holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) in Studio Art with an emphasis in Graphic Design from Baylor University.
