Mary Southgate Simms

Mary Southgate Simms, SHRM-CP, has a diverse background in employee engagement and talent management, currently serving as Employee Engagement Manager at OpenX since July 2025. Prior experience includes their role as DBA Employee Experience Manager at Constellation Brands from March 2024 to June 2025 and as Business Partner, People & Culture at WilsonHCG, a leader in total talent solutions, from January 2023 to November 2023. Mary also spent nearly a decade at Personify, holding various positions including Manager of People Operations and Internal Talent Acquisition Consultant.
