Christopher Gnanadurai completed their education in two institutions. Firstly, from 2001 to 2004, they attended St. John's College, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Computer Science. Later, in 2017, Christopher enrolled at the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay, for a program in Human Computer Interaction Design, focusing on User Experience.

Additionally, Christopher holds various certifications obtained from IDEO U. In November 2021, they completed a certification course titled "Insights for Innovation". In December 2021, Christopher obtained certifications in "FROM IDEAS TO ACTION" and "Foundations in Design Thinking" from the same institution.
