Jay Kumar Waghela

Jay Kumar Waghela is an experienced leader in the energy sector, currently serving as the CEO of Distributed Solar at Fourth Partner Energy since March 2018. Under this role, Jay has also held various leadership positions, including Head of Business Development for multiple regions and Head of Key Account Management and International Expansion. Prior to Fourth Partner Energy, Jay worked as Director of Business Development and Strategy at a leading smart grid company from January 2016 to February 2018, successfully increasing revenue and developing business strategies across Asia. Between March 2008 and December 2015, Jay served as Senior Manager in the CEO Cell at Reliance Energy, overseeing corporate strategy and organizational goal execution. Jay's career commenced at Eirich Transweigh India Pvt Ltd as a Senior Executive. Jay holds an EPAF in Finance from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta, and an MBA in Management from the Indo-German Training Centre, among other academic qualifications.
