Eric Wohl

Eric Wohl is a Partner at Fox Rothschild, where a broad commercial real estate practice includes a focus on cooperative and condominium law, as well as commercial leasing. With over two decades of experience, Eric has effectively represented cooperative and condominium boards in various areas of law, including board governance, financing, construction contracts, access/license agreements, service agreements, and disputes involving shareholders and unit owners. Prior to the current role, Eric held partner positions at Armstrong Teasdale and Kaufman Friedman Plotnicki & Grun, LLP, and served as an associate at Ganfer & Shore, LLP and Wagner Davis, P.C. Eric earned a Juris Doctor from New York Law School and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
