Karen Feder

Karen Feder is an experienced human resources professional with a robust background in benefits administration and compliance. Since March 2019, Karen has served as the Executive Director of Benefits at Fox Corporation, following a tenure as the Director of Benefits Compliance at both Fox Corporation and Fox Group. Karen's expertise includes corporate health and welfare benefit plan design, ERISA compliance, and the implementation of Affordable Care Act requirements across diverse work environments. Previous roles include Human Resources Business Partner at Guthy-Renker, where key HR initiatives were managed, and various leadership positions at ARTISTdirect, focusing on employee policy and benefit administration.
