Charles Ren has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Charles started their career at the Shanghai Institute of Drug Control as a Service Engineer, where they computerized data analysis and provided technical service for analytical instruments. Charles then moved to HP, where they held various roles including Senior Field Sales Manager, Country Category Manager for Personal Computers, and Worldwide Product Manager for HP PC. Charles also served as the Supply Chain Strategy and Development Manager, leading investigations and designs for supply chain strategy. Later, Charles joined Foxconn and worked as the Senior Director of Global Supply Chain, Senior Director of Big Account Business, and currently serves as the EV Module Business Head & SCM VP. In these roles, they have focused on operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and developing global supply chain strategies.
Charles Ren attended Fudan University from 1978 to 1982 and earned a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering.
