Karina Vanderwerf is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition and workforce planning. Currently serving as the Head of Talent & Strategic Workforce Planning at Foxtel Group since September 2018, Karina has played a key role in developing workforce strategies, data analysis, talent management, and employer branding initiatives. Previous positions at Foxtel include Head of HR, Talent Engagement and Employer Brand, and Head of Talent Acquisition and HR Operations. Prior to joining Foxtel, Karina held roles at EY, Tabcorp, Network Ten, Commonwealth Bank of Australia, and Kelly Services, demonstrating a solid career progression in HR and recruitment. Karina holds a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management from Macquarie University and a Diploma in Human Resources Management from TAFE NSW.
