Akhilesh Wandhare

Akhilesh Wandhare is currently serving as Team Lead - HRBP at FPL Technologies since May 2023. Prior to this role, Akhilesh worked as an HR Business Partner at Mahindra Group from December 2021 to May 2023, focusing on Strategic Workforce Planning and employee capability development. Previous experience includes serving as an Employee Relations Manager (HRBP) at ICICI Bank from April 2019 to November 2021, where responsibilities included partnering with business leaders and managing employee relations for over 3300 employees. Akhilesh's early professional experience features internships at Rashtriya Ispat Nigam Limited and UST Global, where contributions involved analyzing training programs and conducting various HR projects. Akhilesh holds a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur, and a Bachelor’s degree in Power Engineering from the National Power Training Institute.
