Le Thanh Huyen

Le Thanh Huyen currently serves as the Chief Human Resources Officer and Head of the Human Resources Division at FPT IS, leading a team for a company with 3,500 employees since May 2015. Previous experience includes roles as Total Rewards Manager at Plan International from 2012 to 2015, Program Coordinator at Croix-Rouge française from 2010 to 2012, Project Assistant at Nexia ACPA Auditing & Consulting from 2007 to 2008, and Audit Staff during the early career. Le Thanh Huyen holds a Master's degree in Science from the Asian Institute of Technology (2008-2010) and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Auditing from National Economics University in Vietnam (2003-2007). Currently pursuing SHRM in International Human Resource Management at Pace University and completed a Certificate in Certified Performance Accelerator from Mentally Fit Vietnam (2020-2021).
