Dorian Grech

Dorian Grech is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in client success, digital transformation, and information management. Currently serving as the Head of Client Success and Delivery (Sr. Director) at Fractal since April 2023, Dorian has held prominent roles such as Director of the Consulting Practice at Neal Analytics, where the focus was on digital transformation, data strategy, AI, and machine learning from September 2019 to March 2023. Dorian's consultancy expertise extends to various organizations, including management consulting positions at the City of Richmond Hill and multiple ministries within the Ontario government.
