Haydon Reese

Haydon Reese has a diverse work experience spanning from 2011 to the present. Haydon started as a server at Hula Hut in 2014, where they gained experience in customer service and conflict resolution. In 2017, Haydon worked as a Process Excellence Intern at HEB, where they analyzed and proposed new standard procedures to improve efficiency and reduce labor costs. In the same year, they also served as an Engineering Intern at Younicos, where they updated and standardized manufacturing operations.

From 2018 to 2021, Haydon worked as a Buyer at Younicos, responsible for purchasing materials and supplies. In 2021, they joined Aggreko as an Operations and Maintenance Engineer, handling various technical responsibilities. In 2022, they transitioned to the role of Technical Specialist at Aggreko. Currently, Haydon is employed at Fractal EMS as an Operations Engineer, a position they have held since 2023.

Haydon Reese attended Texas State University from 2011 to 2017, where they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering. In 2017, they also obtained a Six Sigma Green Belt certification from the Institute of Industrial and Systems Engineers. Haydon also holds a Lean Green Belt certification from the same institution, although the exact month and year of obtaining this certification are unknown.
