Aaron Chelliah

Aaron Chelliah has had a diverse work experience, beginning in 2016 with a role as Audit, Tax, & Advisory at PwC. In 2017, they worked as Sales & Marketing at IBM, followed by a role as Associate at The Boston Consulting Group (BCG) in 2018. In 2019, they were an Associate at Boston Consulting Group (BCG). In 2020, they were a Co-Founder at Soleil & Lune LLC, and in 2021 they were a Senior Product Team Lead and Product Team Lead at Fractal Software. Since 2023, they have been the Founder & CEO of Culture.

Aaron Chelliah completed their high school education at Mira Costa High School. Aaron then pursued a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business, where they were a Regents' & Chancellor's Scholar. Aaron also studied Cognitive Science at the University of California, Berkeley. In 2017, they obtained their IBM Design Thinking Practitioner certification from IBM.
