Caroline Kroplewski

Caroline Kroplewski serves as Chief of Staff at FRAIKIN Group since August 2019, where responsibilities include international marketing across five countries generating €140 million in annual revenue and leading projects to enhance customer experience through analysis and implementation of action plans. Previously, Caroline worked from March 2011 to August 2019 at Europcar, where roles included Customer Experience Manager, focusing on strategy formulation and project management to address client and employee needs, as well as PMO, overseeing strategic development portfolios. Early experience includes positions at Capgemini, managing change and project coordination for notable clients, and Atos, where Caroline contributed to HR system integration projects. Caroline holds a Master's degree in Marketing and Management of Information Technologies from ISC Paris and completed preparatory studies at Lycée Descartes.
