Eleonora's earlier experience includes a position as a Nutrition Laboratory Technician at St Mary’s University, Twickenham, from February 2018 to October 2022. Eleonora holds a Master of Science in Food Policy from City St George’s, University of London (2019-2021) and a Bachelor of Science (Hons) in Nutrition from St Mary’s University, Twickenham (2014-2017).
