Christos Roussos

Christos Roussos is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in product leadership and design, currently serving as the Head of Product at Fraim since April 2025, where the focus is on transforming organizational capability through improved coordination. Prior experience includes a decade at Enboarder, where Christos led product development and design, enhancing employee engagement and organizational alignment. Additional roles include consulting on product and UX/UI design at Auxilio Ventures, creative direction at Sussex Media, and significant contributions as Design Director at Nurun Australia and Make for various high-profile clients. Christos holds degrees in Visual Communication and UX from the University of Technology Sydney and General Assembly, respectively, complemented by certifications in Product Management Fundamentals from Thiga Academy.
