Simon Devereux is a seasoned professional in talent development and human resources with extensive experience in the creative industries. Currently serving as Director of Global Talent Development at Framestore and as Director and Founder of ACCESS: VFX, Simon is dedicated to promoting inclusion and diversity within the visual effects and animation sectors. In addition, Simon holds the position of Honorary Professor at Norwich University of the Arts, recognizing notable contributions to animation and visual effects education. Previous roles include Talent Development & Learning Manager at PlayStation, Group Head of Learning & Development at The Mill, and various positions at Channel 4, Global Radio, and Great North Eastern Railway Ltd. Simon holds a Master's degree in Personnel Development from the University of Westminster and a Bachelor's degree in Advertising and Graphic Design from Buckinghamshire College of Brunel University.
