Cymone Carlson

Cymone Carlson, SHRM-SCP, has extensive experience in human resources across multiple organizations. Currently serving as a Senior Human Resources Consultant at FrankCrum since June 2020, Cymone previously held positions including Human Resources Business Partner at Pierce Manufacturing and Human Resources Coordinator at Buffalo Rock Inc. Notable accomplishments include transitioning contractor labor to direct hiring, implementing compliance training, establishing new hire evaluation processes, and organizing employee engagement events. Additional experience includes managing HR functions for correctional facilities while at The Unlimited Path, Inc., and serving as a Quantitative Methods Lab Instructor at the University of Florida.
