Sandra Novatko

Sandra Novatko, SHRM-SCP, is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience across various organizations. Currently serving as a Senior Human Resources Consultant at FrankCrum since May 2022, Sandra previously held the position of Human Resources Director at Life Care Services, overseeing a 40-acre campus and navigating the transition during an acquisition by Healthpeak Properties. Prior to that, Sandra served as Director of Human Resources at Brookdale and spent almost seven years with Target in various HR roles, including Human Resources Manager, where responsibilities encompassed managing a significant hiring process during peak seasons. Earlier career experiences include an internship at Apollo Information Services. Sandra holds a Master's degree in Adult Education from the University of South Florida and a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management from Florida Gulf Coast University.
