Lana Korch

Lana Korch is a seasoned healthcare professional with extensive experience in medical affairs and contract management. Currently serving as the Director of Physician Contracts at Fraser Health Authority, Lana oversees physician contracts and medical staff services while leading a team dedicated to supporting medical affairs functions. Previous roles include Director of Operations for Medical Affairs at First Nations Health Authority and Manager of Regional Advocates and Advisors at Doctors of BC, where Lana advocated for physician engagement in local healthcare initiatives. With a background in healthcare consulting, residential program management, and mental health nursing, Lana's educational achievements include a Master of Education in Counseling Psychology and Positive Coaching from the University of Missouri-Columbia and a Bachelor of Science in Psychiatric/Mental Health Nursing from Douglas College. Additionally, Lana holds a Certified Coach Practitioner designation.
