Justin Allred has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Justin began their career as an International Securities Solutions Intern at Itaú Unibanco in 2010. Justin then joined Goldman Sachs as an Operations Analyst in 2012 and later transitioned to the role of Finance Division Associate - Regulatory Capital, where they served until 2015.
In 2016, Justin took on multiple roles at different companies. At Owlet Baby Care, they worked as a Product Manager, focusing on validating and managing a new product and reducing go-to-market time. Justin also worked at Homie.com as an Expansion Strategy Consultant, providing insights and analysis for the company's expansion into new markets.
In the same year, Justin joined the Rollins Center for Entrepreneurship & Technology at BYU as the Director of the Miller Competition Series. In this role, they oversaw a series of competitions aimed at helping students launch successful ventures while pursuing their degree.
Most recently, in 2017, Justin joined Freezing Point as a Sr Program Manager - Product Management. Justin then progressed to the role of Service Operations Manager and is currently serving as the Director of Operations.

Justin Allred completed their Bachelor's degree in Finance and Economics from Utah State University, which they attended from 2005 to 2011. Afterward, they pursued further education at Brigham Young University Marriott School of Business, where they obtained a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from 2015 to 2017. Prior to their college education, Justin attended Ben Lomond High School, although specific dates and any degrees achieved were not provided.
