Jesse Hwang is a seasoned Tech Risk Management Professional currently serving as the Tech Risk Lead at Freddie Mac, where responsibilities include enhancing risk management strategies and identifying process improvement opportunities within the Enterprise Operations & Technology Risk Management team.
