Daiki Ueno

Daiki Ueno is a Principal Software Engineer at Red Hat since April 2010, specializing in security projects, including the delivery of FIPS-compliant Go toolset for Red Hat Enterprise Linux. Prior experience includes senior software engineering roles at Red Hat, focusing on security through NSS package updates and contributions to TLS libraries, as well as internationalization projects with GNU gettext. Daiki Ueno is an emeritus member and active maintainer of security modules at the GNOME Foundation and has been a GNU maintainer for internationalization projects with the Free Software Foundation since 2010. Previous roles include research scientist at AIST and part-time lecturer at Waseda University. Daiki Ueno holds a Doctor of Information and Computer Science from Waseda University.
