Cecil Abraham

Cecil Abraham is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in Learning and Organizational Development. Currently serving as the Director of Learning & Organizational Development at Freedom Mortgage since November 2015, Cecil leads a team in creating and measuring the success of a comprehensive Leadership Framework that enhances leadership capabilities within the organization. Previous roles include Associate Director and Manager at Freedom Mortgage, as well as Lead Corporate Trainer and Senior Trainer, where strategic initiatives and training needs assessments were developed. Prior roles at MMM Training Solutions, Frankfinn Airhostess Training Institute, Talentpro India, and Club Mahindra involved various training and management responsibilities, specializing in content development, training delivery, and post-training evaluation. Cecil holds a high school diploma from St. Johns Senior Secondary School.
