Jacques Nguz Tshisens, PE, PMP, currently serves as Manager of Underground Geotechnical Engineering and Chief Geomechanical Engineer at Freeport-McMoRan since February 2019, leading a team of geotechnical engineers and collaborating on mine planning for several underground operations in Indonesia. Previously, Jacques held the position of Principal Advisor for Geotechnical Engineering at Rio Tinto, providing corporate support and developing geotechnical policies for North American mines.
